Tanaka Farms

Tanaka Farms is a third-generation family farm located in Irvine, CA. Founded in 1940 by Koichi and Hatsuyo Tanaka, the farm originally focused on growing strawberries but has since expanded to include many other fruits and vegetables including tomatoes, watermelons, oranges, squash, pumpkins, and cucumbers.

There are also a variety of activities offered throughout the year such as u-pick tours, hayrides, pumpkin patches and corn mazes. Additionally, it features one of the largest Japanese gardens in North America with over 500 varieties of plants. The garden includes authentic Japanese teahouse pavilion along with stone lanterns and bridges that span its two acre area.
